Water Quality Monitoring QA/QC Log
Volunteer monitoring programmes collect for years and then discover the agency will not use any of it — not because the volunteers were careless, but because nothing in the record shows the numbers mean what they say. Data credibility is the central difficulty of this whole field. So this log treats a result as NOT USABLE until it has a plan reference, a passing calibration on or before the day, a sample inside its holding time, and quality control that met the limits you entered. It ships no acceptance criteria, no holding times and no limits: those belong to your approved plan, and a template that invented them would be inventing the one document that makes the data mean anything.
- NOT USABLE until a plan, a calibration and holding time all check out
- Duplicate RPD computed against your own limit
- The gap between what you collected and what is reportable
Leave blank and the workbook stops testing calibration age rather than inventing a window.
Leave blank and duplicates are recorded but not judged.
