On any given afternoon in Caddo Mills, you might find residents gathering at The Net Co-op's meeting space—some dropping off extra vegetables from their gardens, others picking up tools they need for a weekend project, and still others simply stopping by to sit with neighbors over coffee. The cooperative model at the heart of The Net Co-op turns the simple act of sharing into something transformative: when one family has more than they need and another family is stretching to make ends meet, the net catches both of them, keeping resources—and people—from slipping through.

In a town where many households work seasonal jobs or face unexpected hardships, having access to shared equipment, skill-sharing circles, and a genuine web of neighbors means the difference between managing and falling behind. The Net Co-op recognizes that rural communities thrive when people look out for one another, and when the burden of living isn't carried alone.

Every time someone borrows a ladder they couldn't afford to buy, or learns a new skill from a neighbor, or simply feels the warmth of being part of something bigger than themselves, The Net Co-op is doing what it does best: casting a wide net that catches everyone, and mending the fabric of connection that holds a community together.
