Where Las Vegas Comes to Heal and Rebuild
Rise Heal Thrive Wellness Group opens doors to peer support, housing help, and wellness for anyone in Las Vegas facing instability—no referral, no judgment, no barriers.

When someone in Las Vegas wakes up uncertain about where they'll sleep, worried about affording food, or struggling to navigate a system that feels impossible to understand alone, Rise Heal Thrive Wellness Group is there to meet them exactly where they are. The organization exists in the heart of Clark County because too many people—families, veterans, young people aging out of foster care, anyone facing housing instability—get turned away by systems that demand referrals, clinical history, or proof of eligibility. RHTWG says no to all of that. They simply show up.
The magic lives in how they show up. A trained peer or Community Health Worker doesn't hand you a pamphlet and a phone number; they sit with you and walk through it step by step. If you need to recover a lost birth certificate or ID, they help you navigate that process. If you're trying to understand how to apply for SNAP or Medicaid, they guide you through the paperwork. If you're a woman veteran finding your footing after service, you find community in circles led by peers who've walked the same path. If you're a teenager aging out of foster care with nowhere to turn, they offer housing support, life skills, mentorship, and the kind of long-term follow-up that actually changes a trajectory.
Across Las Vegas—in churches, libraries, and community centers in the neighborhoods where people actually live—RHTWG's Wellness Circles create spaces where healing happens in community. Parents find support for the stress of keeping a family together. Individuals seeking stability enroll in their signature RISE pathway, a 90-day intensive program that builds a personalized plan and a team that shows up every single step. For those with immediate needs, A Hand Up provides food, hygiene supplies, employment readiness, and financial literacy help. Everything is low cost, sliding scale, or donation-supported. No one is turned away for lack of money.
What makes RHTWG different is rooted in their name and their values: they are built by and for people with lived experience of instability, trauma, and the long climb back. Peer-led and trauma-informed, they know that dignity, respect, and genuine connection are not luxuries—they are the foundation of healing. In a city where so many feel invisible, RHTWG makes sure that everyone who walks through the door knows they belong, they are believed, and their path forward begins right now.
