Building Better Habits, One Wonder at a Time
Habits & Wonder Co-Op helps people in Minnesota discover the power of small, intentional practices paired with curiosity about the world around them—creating lasting change from the inside out.

When someone walks through the door at Habits & Wonder Co-Op, they're often carrying the weight of old patterns that no longer serve them. Maybe it's a morning routine that leaves them rushed and anxious, or an evening spent scrolling instead of connecting. The co-op doesn't offer quick fixes or prescriptive solutions. Instead, they create space for people to slow down, notice what they're really doing, and ask: what if I approached this differently?
The heart of the work happens in small groups and one-on-one sessions where members explore the relationship between their daily habits and their sense of curiosity about life. A person might start by noticing how they move through their morning—what they see, hear, and feel. From there, they begin to build practices that feel aligned with who they want to become. The co-op's approach honors both the science of habit formation and the human need for wonder: for surprise, beauty, and genuine discovery.
What makes this work distinctly rooted in Minnesota is its commitment to community and shared learning. Rather than a top-down model, the co-op operates as a cooperative space where members contribute their own wisdom, share what they're learning, and support each other through the messy middle of real change. Whether someone is cultivating a practice of gratitude, rebuilding their relationship with movement, or simply learning to notice the seasons changing, they're never doing it alone.
The ripple effects show up quietly but profoundly. People report feeling more present with their families, more creative in their work, and more grounded in their bodies. They describe a growing sense of agency—not because someone told them what to do, but because they've learned to trust their own observations and curiosity as guides. That's the promise of Habits & Wonder Co-Op: that meaningful change begins when we slow down enough to wonder, and that small, consistent practices can rewire the way we move through the world.
