Unlocking potential, one student at a time in Martinez
Guiding Path Enrichment Center provides affordable tutoring to students across the CSRA region who need academic support to succeed. In a community where many students struggle with reading and math, this nonprofit opens doors to learning and growth.

In the heart of Martinez, families are discovering that personalized tutoring can transform a child's educational journey. For students who find themselves behind in reading or math—or who simply need a little extra guidance to reach their full potential—Guiding Path Enrichment Center offers an affordable pathway forward. Since opening in 2016, the center has welcomed over 105 young people through its doors, each one working with dedicated tutors who tailor their approach to that child's unique needs and learning style.
Beyond the classroom walls, Guiding Path recognizes that education is a family endeavor. The center's tutors have worked alongside parents to understand their child's strengths and challenges, helping families create actionable plans for academic success. This partnership between tutors, students, and families creates a foundation of support that extends well beyond any single tutoring session.
The ripple effects of this work are woven throughout the CSRA community. By advocating for teachers, hosting community events, and volunteering wherever the need is greatest, Guiding Path Enrichment Center has become a steady presence in the lives of young learners and the adults who guide them. Every child who walks through the door represents a chance to write a different story—one where education opens doors instead of closing them.
