Building Opportunity, One Connection at a Time
The Black Empowerment Community Council connects Black entrepreneurs, professionals, and business leaders across Osceola County with the relationships and resources they need to thrive—while investing in youth, seniors, and families through scholarships, mentoring, and financial education.

In Kissimmee, opportunity often depends on who you know and what doors are open to you. For many Black entrepreneurs and professionals in Osceola County, those doors have been harder to find. That's where the Black Empowerment Community Council steps in—creating spaces where meaningful conversations happen, partnerships form, and businesses grow.
BECC serves as a bridge between business owners, professionals, corporations, and community leaders, helping members strengthen their operations, expand their visibility, and prepare for new opportunities. Whether someone is just starting a business, growing an existing company, or developing their career, BECC provides the connections and knowledge that turn possibility into reality. Through networking events, professional development, and a membership directory, the organization ensures that no entrepreneur or professional has to navigate their journey alone.
But BECC's impact reaches far beyond the business community. The organization's affiliated charitable work touches the lives of youth, seniors, families, and emerging leaders across the region. Scholarships open doors to education. Mentoring programs guide the next generation. Financial education and leadership development help residents build stronger futures. Every program, every event, every connection is rooted in the belief that prosperity in Osceola County rises when Black-owned businesses and Black-led families have the tools and relationships they need to thrive.
In this way, BECC is more than a chamber of commerce—it's a commitment to building generational wealth and opportunity within the Black community, one partnership, one mentorship, one moment of connection at a time.
