Food Program Civil Rights & Training Register

What a pantry usually cannot produce on the day a monitor asks is a per-person record showing who was trained, when, at what level, and why that level was right for what that person does. The level is the part templates get wrong — depth of training follows the role, not the job title. This register derives it from three questions about the role, and then refuses to call anyone current if they were given the shorter training while doing the deeper job. It ships no interval and no retention period; both come from your own agreement.

  • Required level derived from three role questions
  • Wrong-level training flagged as the most serious status
  • Keep-until dates computed from your fiscal year end

Not an official form and never submitted in place of one. Training requirements, curriculum, intervals and retention are set by your state distributing agency and partner food bank, and differ between them — confirm every value against your own agreement.
