Volunteer Driver Eligibility & Route Log
Two things this workbook says out loud that most driver rosters do not. In a personal vehicle it is normally the volunteer’s own auto policy that responds, and many organizations carry nothing that covers a volunteer driver at all — so the first cell asks you to get that answer from your insurer in writing and tell your drivers. And a home-delivered meal is a wellness check: a door nobody answers is the event the route exists to catch, so a no-answer with no recorded escalation stays open, in red, until somebody closes it.
- Licence, insurance and record re-check tested worst-first
- Your liability minimums, or none if you set none
- No-answer doors held open until an escalation is recorded
