Church Contribution Substantiation Checker

Runs every gift against the thresholds a church actually meets: the written acknowledgment a donor needs for a single gift at or above $250, the written disclosure the church must issue for a quid pro quo gift over $75, gifts earmarked for a named individual (generally not deductible), and non-cash gifts where the church must describe the item and must NOT state its value. Thresholds are cells you can change, and the settings tab explains the intangible-religious-benefit wording that is specific to churches.

  • Per-gift review against acknowledgment and disclosure thresholds
  • Earmarked and non-cash gifts flagged
  • Per-donor outstanding acknowledgments

Per SINGLE gift, not per year. Leave blank for 250.

Leave blank for 75.
