Abuse-prevention policies in youth sports consistently prohibit an adult transporting a minor athlete one-on-one, and set expectations for lodging. Put travellers into vehicles and rooms and this workbook counts adults and athletes in each, flagging a vehicle carrying athletes with a single adult and a room with one adult and minors — the situations that most often arise by accident when a ride falls through. It also checks supervision ratio per trip, clearance to travel with athletes, and permission slips.
