Player Registration & Age Eligibility

Age eligibility runs off a cutoff DATE, and the arithmetic is how old a player was on that date rather than how old they are now. Done by hand across two hundred registrations it produces a handful of errors that surface later as a protested result or a forfeited game. Enter the cutoff once and every player’s age computes from their date of birth, checked against the age bands you defined. Registration status also gates on waiver, medical and emergency info, and fees.
