Coach & Volunteer Certification Matrix

A youth sports volunteer usually holds several unrelated credentials from different issuers on different renewal cycles — a background check, an abuse-prevention training, a concussion training, a first aid or CPR card, sometimes a coaching licence. Tracking a person as one row with one status hides which of the five has lapsed. This is one row per credential, with expiry computed from the completion date, and a Requirements tab where you say which credentials each role needs before any contact with athletes.
