Conservation Easement Monitoring Tracker
“We monitor everything annually” and “everything has been monitored in the last twelve months” sound identical and are not: a property visited in November and again fifteen months later was never monitored in the year between. This tracker tests the CALENDAR year, computes each easement’s last visit and last on-the-ground visit from the visit log, and flags a missing or unsigned baseline report — the document that gets argued about years later when everyone who was there has moved on.
- Monitored-this-calendar-year test per easement
- On-the-ground interval tracked separately from aerial
- Baseline report, signature and map status
The calendar year the Easements tab tests against.
