Homework Buddy

Homework Buddies support CYP students in grades 3–5 by helping them complete homework, strengthen academic skills, and build confidence in their learning. Volunteers provide one-on-one or small-group assistance with assignments, reading, math, and other schoolwork in a positive, encouraging environment. The goal is to help students develop good study habits, become more independent learners, and feel supported in their academic growth. Volunteers should be patient, dependable, and enthusiastic about working with children. No teaching experience is required, just a willingness to help students learn and grow.
