School Volunteer Clearance & Chaperone Readiness

You define your own clearance levels — what each allows, what it requires, its lead time and how long it stays valid — and the workbook does the subtraction nobody remembers. Every event gets an apply-by date computed from its level’s lead time, and every chaperone assignment resolves to Ready, NOT CLEARED, EXPIRES BEFORE EVENT or WRONG LEVEL, with a plain-English line saying what to do about it.
