Mentor Match & Closure Tracker

Mentors, mentees, matches, a full contact log and — the part almost every program skips — a closure log. Last contact is not a column somebody updates out of habit: it is read from the contact log with MAXIFS, so a match cannot look current when it stopped meeting in March. The summary counts matches with no contact ever logged, matches overdue against your own interval, unplanned closures, and closures with no exit interview recorded.
