Children's Ministry Rota & Two-Adult Rule Checker
The two-adult rule is only a control if the two adults are unrelated — a married couple alone in the nursery passes a head-count and defeats the point, which is that two people are present who would not cover for one another. Give volunteers a household code and this rota flags any room staffed by one household. It also computes the waiting period before someone may serve with children from their first-attended date, and gates eligibility on screening currency, training and references together.
- Two-adult rule checked by household, not head-count
- Waiting period computed from first-attended date
- Room-by-room status with the reason it failed
How long someone must have been attending before serving with children. Leave blank for 6.
