Eligible Applicants - Applicants eligible to receive an award under this funding opportunity are described below.Applicants eligible to receive funding under this NOFO include state, regional or local authorities, such as:States, Tribes, municipalities, irrigation districts, and water districts, or wastewater districtsOther organizations with water or power delivery authority.All applicants must be located in one of the following States or territories: Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, or the Virgin Islands.Category A Applicants:Sponsors of any one of the 53 Title XVI Projects specifically authorized by the Title XVI statute; provided that the Title XVI Project has not reached its Federal funding ceiling as specified in the Title XVI statute. Category B Applicants:Sponsors of water reclamation and reuse projects that are eligible for funding under Section 4009(c) of the WIIN Act, Public Law 114-322.
