It's a recurring theme in her work — nonprofits straining under costs they don't have to carry, while the capacity to go find the discount is exactly what they don't have. Twenty years in the sector, fifteen as an executive director, and now the founder of LUR Growth, where she helps nonprofits build operating systems their teams can run and own.
