Camp Health Center Log & Medication Record

Three linked sheets: medications on file with the parent authorization tracked per camper, a medication administration record where every dose is initialed (including doses deliberately not given, and why), and a visit log. The summary counts campers whose authorization is still missing, doses recorded, campers sent home and times emergency services were called — so a pattern in one cabin or one activity surfaces during the season rather than after it.
