Opportunity description

Under this FY26 grant agreement, academic partners will establish the National Center for Narrative Intelligence (NCNI) by executing RDT&E tasks across the following four pillars: workforce development, applied research infrastructure, collaborative networks, and strategic analysis for DoW leadership.
