Eligible applicants are Indian Tribes and tribal organizations, as such terms are defined in section 4 of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act (25 U.S.C. § 1603).Faith-based and community organizations that meet the eligibility requirements are eligible to receive awards under this funding opportunity announcement.Applications from individuals (including sole proprietorships) and foreign entities are not eligible and will be disqualified from competitive review and from funding under this announcement.
