Buy credits

Open Billing → “Buy Credits.” Credits never expire (see our Credits Never Expire Guarantee), and bigger packs cost less per check:

Your Billing page shows your current balance and full transaction history (purchases, usage, and refunds). You can also export the full history as a CSV, download a period Statement (PDF) or All receipts (PDF) bundle, and tag any purchase with a PO number, cost center, or memo for your own expense tracking.

Using a different or new credit card

VolunteerBadge is pay‑as‑you‑go and doesn't keep a credit card on file. Each purchase is a separate, secure Stripe checkout where you enter the card at that moment — so there's no “Payment method” or saved‑card section to edit, and nothing to update in advance. To use a different or new card, just enter it at your next purchase on Billing & Credits → Buy Credits. (Organizations on a recurring Pro plan manage their card in Stripe's billing portal; if that's you and you're not sure where, email support@screenforgelabs.com.)

Receipts & invoices (for tax and expense records)

Every purchase is receipted automatically — you don't have to ask:

• Emailed to you. Right after a purchase, an itemized VolunteerBadge receipt — showing the receipt number, date, and amount — is emailed to your organization's owners and admins. Check your inbox (and spam) if you don't see it.
• Always on your Billing page. Every purchase is listed under Transaction History & Receipts on Billing & Credits — search or filter by date/type — and each purchase has a Receipt button that opens a professional, printable (Save-as-PDF) receipt with our full business details for your records.
• Need another copy? Just ask Victor, the in-app assistant — “send me a receipt for my last purchase” — and he'll email it to you on the spot.
