Planning Center status appears in the menu only after Church tools are on and Planning Center is connected under Settings, on the Integrations tab. The page itself is unavailable when Church tools are off.
Suggest team links reads Planning Center teams and offers a match when a team name is the same as a ministry name. A saved team can then suggest that ministry for someone already in VolunteerBadge. The suggestion does not assign the ministry or change their status. Each person shows Cleared, Expiring, or Not cleared. Send stays off until that person is linked. Sending asks you to confirm first. It writes only two fields: cleared, expiring, or not cleared, and the time. Revoke sends not cleared. Neither one changes a person's status in VolunteerBadge. Each attempt is logged, including when Planning Center does not accept it. The page lists those attempts.
