A network with Church toolson can open Safe ministry rollup from the network overview. Each attached congregation shows five scores and an overall number from this month's recorded counts, plus an average across those congregations. The rollup does not list volunteer names, and it does not read interviews or references. If no congregation has a score recorded this month, the average says so instead of showing empty dashes.
Baseline
The network can save a list of ministry names and a policy note. A congregation opens Network baseline, sees the same five scores, and can add a missing starter ministry or write why its list differs. A name that is not in the starter list is not added. Saving the network list does not change that congregation's roles, and adding a ministry does not assign anyone. The network can also require the child protection pack. The congregation sees whether that pack is published. Requiring it does not acknowledge it for anyone.
Outside training
A congregation can record VIRTUS, Safe Sanctuaries, Adventist Screening Verification, MinistrySafe, or another program, with the issuer, the dates, and an optional evidence link. It stays unverified until a leader of this congregation, or a network leader, marks it. The page shows that person's name. A record whose expiration date has passed does not count as verified. On the network rollup, that past date is labeled Expired. Marking it verified asks for confirmation first. Recording it does not replace Academy courses.
Detaching a congregation removes it from this rollup immediately.
