Your left-hand menu is organized by the job you're doing. Here's what each group contains:

| Overview | Your command center — total volunteers, checks this month, pending items, and credits remaining. |
| Network (networks only) | The rollup across every member organization — compliance counts, checks in flight, and credit balances, with Open to work inside one. On a network this replaces Overview, since Overview would only send you here. Every other group below stays exactly the same, because a network can run its own board and staff roster too. |
| Recruit | Applications, Opportunities, and Public Profile — attract prospective volunteers and send them into your screening flow. |
| Manage | Volunteers, Compliance Roster, and Hours — day-to-day administration of your active people. A green badge on Manage (and on Volunteers) counts new applicants still awaiting review. |
| Screen & Protect | Background Checks, Compliance, Policies, Waivers, and Trust Center — screening and risk tools. |
| Engage | Messages, Broadcast, and Reply Assistant — talk with volunteers one-to-one or org-wide. An unread badge updates live on Engage and Messages. |
| Impact & Funding | Reports, Grants, and Donations — grant-ready evidence and fundraising tools. On a network, Network Reports also export filter-matched CSVs and a six-CSV report pack. |
| Credits & Billing | Earn Credits, Refer & Earn, and Billing (admins) — grow or buy your check balance. |

Nav badges for Volunteers and Messages refresh live while you work — you do not need to reload the page to see new submissions or unread messages. When a group is collapsed, its badge still appears on the group header.

If you are a network Owner or Admin and open a member organization, you use that member's normal dashboard with inherited Admin access. The member's own menu, settings, roster, checks, and billing stay in that organization. Attaching immediately makes the network's MFA requirement effective for the member organization's entire direct team. Anyone without a verified MFA factor is held at Settings → Security until enrollment is complete.
