Who can apply
- Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education
The anti-doping efforts must be accomplished by an agency that: 1. Serves as the independent anti-doping organization for the amateur athletic competitions recognized by the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee; 2. Is responsible for certifying in advance any testing conducted by international organizations under the World Anti-Doping Code for international amateur athletes and athletic competitions occurring within the jurisdiction of the United States; and 3. Is recognized worldwide as the independent national anti-doping organization for the United States. Proof of Eligibility - Applicant must be able to serve as the United States representatives responsible for coordination with other anti-doping organizations coordinating amateur athletic competitions recognized by the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee. Applicant must be recognized by the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee as the official anti- doping agency for the United States.
