The U.S. Department of State’s U.S. Mission to NATO announces an open competition to implement a program that strengthens transatlantic security by advancing understanding of NATO’s role in collective defense and defense industrial cooperation. Activities may include workshops, exchanges, research, and digital engagement focused on defense investment, industrial capacity, and the integration of emerging technologies.
